Returns Policy

From the time of receipt of your purchased item we give you 14 days to decide if you want to return that item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send us back the product for an exchange or a refund. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. 

You need to return the item in the exact same condition that we sent you. So please return the item in a re-saleable condition by post.
